Inspired by his connection to Africa, particularly through his father's travels and years spent there, Ben Gorham conceived Bal d'Afrique as both an imaginary journey and a celebration of Africa's profound cultural impact on dance, art and music.

This reinterpretation elevates the contrast between Bal d'Afrique's vibrant lightness and irresistible depth, intensifying its gourmand characteristics for a richer and more overwhelming experience. Notes of bergamot, lemon and blackcurrant release a vibrant intensity that blends with the sweetness of praline, musk and violet, ending in a powerful base of cedar, vetiver and warm black amber.
